Login to your account located at the top right hand side of our website. In the Account Login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot Password?”.  That link will send an email to you to reset your password.

Item must be returned in NEW (unopened or unused) condition. Once your return is received and inspected, then we will issue a refund or credit into your account. The refund process is 7-10 business days.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We hate to see you go, but please cancel at least 5 days prior to your next subscription renewal (billing) charge by logging into to your account or contacting support@academicsinabox.com. You may cancel anytime.

Groovy Subscriptions (month-to-month, 3-, 6-, or 12-month) cannot be canceled once the renewal payment has processed.Please cancel at least 5 days prior to your next subscription renewal charge by logging into to your account or contacting support@academicsinabox.com

As a reminder, Groovy Subscriptions (month-to-month, 3-, 6-, or 12-month) renew automatically. This does not apply to single stem box purchases. Should you need to make any changes to your subscription, please login to your account or contact support@academicsinabox.com.
