To check the shipping status, login to “My Account” located at the top right hand side of our website.  At the time an order is shipped, the shipping tracking number is emailed to you.  You may need to check your spam account for the email with the shipping confirmation information.     Hello,
    My order never arrived as Canada Post informed me that the parcel was damaged and was therefore undeliverable. Please contact me in regards to a refund as the kit that I ordered is now out of stock and my son isn’t interested in any other kits.
